1. WHAT INFORMATION DO I COLLECT?  

 

I collect personal information that you disclose or provide to me such as name, address, contact information, and payment information.  

I collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to me when registering at the Services expressing an interest in obtaining information about me or my products and services, when participating in activities of the Services, or otherwise contacting me.

The personal information that I collect depends on the context of your interactions with me and the Services, the choices you make, and the services and features you use. The personal information I collect can include the following:

  • Publicly available personal information: I collect first name, maiden name, last name, nickname, current and former address, email addresses, phone numbers, and other similar data.

  • Information automatically collected: Some information – such as IP address and/or browser and device characteristics – is collected automatically when you visit my Services.

This information does not reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact information) but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, information about how and when you use my Services and other technical information. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of my Services, and for my internal analytics and reporting purposes.

I process your information for purposes based on legitimate business interests, the fulfilment of my contract with you, compliance with my legal obligations, and/or your consent.

  • To facilitate account creation and logon process. If you choose to link your account with me to a third party account (such as your Google or Facebook account), I use the information you allowed me to collect from those third parties to facilitate account creation and logon process for the performance of the contract.         

  • To send administrative information to you. I may use your personal information to send you product, service, and new feature information and/or information about changes to my terms, conditions, and policies.       

  • Fulfil and manage your orders: I may use your information to fulfil and manage your orders and payments made through the Services.            

  • To protect my Services: I may use your information as part of my efforts to keep my Services safe and secure (for example, for fraud monitoring and prevention).                      

  • To enforce my terms, conditions, and policies for Business Purposes, Legal Reasons and Contractual Obligations.

  • Vendors, Consultants, and Other Third-Party Service Providers: I may share your data with third party vendors, service providers, contractors or agents who perform services for me or on my behalf and require access to such information to do that work. Examples include: payment processing, data analysis, email delivery, hosting services, customer service and marketing efforts. I may allow selected third parties to use tracking technology on the Services, which will enable them to collect data about how you interact with the Services over time. This information may be used to, among other things, analyse and track data, determine the popularity of certain content and better understand online activity. Unless described in this Policy, I do not share, sell, rent, or trade any of your information with third parties for their promotional purposes.  I have contracts in place with my data processors. This means that they cannot do anything with your personal information unless I have instructed them to do so. They will not share your personal information with any organisation apart from me. They will hold it securely and retain it for the period I instruct.

When I have no ongoing legitimate need to process your personal information, I will either delete or anonymize it, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then I will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

I have implemented appropriate technical and organisational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information I process. However, please also remember that I cannot guarantee that the internet itself is 100% secure. Although I will do my best to protect your personal information, transmission of personal information to and from my Services is at your own risk. You should only access the services within a secure environment.  

 

8. DO I COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?

I do not knowingly collect or solicit data from, or market to, children under 18 years of age. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent’s use of the Services. If I learn that personal information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, I will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from my records. 9. WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?

  • Account Information: If you would at any time like to review or change the information in your account or terminate your account, you can contact me using the contact information provided. Upon your request to terminate your account, I will deactivate or delete your account and information from my active databases. However, some information may be retained in my files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce my Terms of Use and/or comply with legal and insurance requirements.     

  • Cookies and similar technologies: Most Web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. If you prefer, you can usually choose to set your browser to remove cookies and to reject cookies. If you choose to remove cookies or reject cookies, this could affect certain features or services of my Services.   • Opting out of email marketing: You can unsubscribe from my marketing email list at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the emails that I send or by contacting me using the details provided below. You will then be removed from the marketing email list – however, I will still need to send you service-related emails that are necessary for the administration and use of your account. To otherwise opt-out, you may note your preferences when you register an account with the site.

10. DATA BREACH

A privacy breach occurs when there is unauthorised access to, or collection, use, disclosure or disposal of personal information. You will be notified about data breaches when I believe you are likely to be at risk or serious harm. For example, a data breach may be likely to result in serious financial harm or harm to your mental or physical well-being. In the event that I become aware of a security breach which has resulted, or may result, in unauthorised access, use or disclosure of personal information, I will promptly investigate the matter and notify the applicable Supervisory Authority not later than 72 hours after having become aware of it, unless the personal data breach is unlikely to result in a risk to the rights and freedoms of natural persons.   


11. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. No uniform technology standard for recognising and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, I do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that I must follow in the future, I will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy policy.

12. DO I MAKE UPDATES TO THIS POLICY?

I will update this privacy policy from time to time as is necessary to remain compliant with relevant laws. The updated version will be indicated by an updated “Revised” date and the updated version will be effective as soon as it is accessible. If I make material changes to this privacy policy, I will notify you either by prominently posting a notice of such changes or by directly sending you a notification. You are encouraged to review this privacy policy frequently to be informed of how I am protecting your information.
